Snorkeling and Cave Swimming
Rangko Village is one of the most visited destinations in Labuan Bajo. This village is located around 15 km from the town centre.
It takes approximately 25 minutes by car to reach the village from your hotel in Labuan Bajo. The car will stop at the village, where we will then board a local boat to continue the journey to the cave.
The cave tour starts in the village. A local boat owner will be accompanying us in their open wooden boat, which will enable us to enjoy the view along the way. This tiny boat will sail on the clear blue seawater.

Once the boat arrives at the jetty; you’ll walk around 3 minutes to get inside the sea watered cave.
It’s the time to do relaxing swim in the water. When the sun hits perfectly the cave door; the lights will be spreading inside the whole cave as a reflection from the water.
After swimming inside the cave; go to a nearby snorkeling spot is a must! Exploring the marine area of Rangko is a perfect time before heading back to town.
Itinerary
Our team will pick you up from the hotel around 08:00 am. Then heading to Rangko village around 25 minutes with car.

Arriving at Rangko Village around 09:00, directly ‘jump’ in the boat for another 15 minutes to reach the cave.
You’ll enjoy the whole activity in Rangko till lunch time; approximately at 13:00 pm. After lunch, we will drive back to Labuan Bajo and drop you off at the hotel.
Sharing Trip Option
If you want to join a sharing trip option, we provide an Open Trip package to visit Rangko Cave. You will share the car and boat with other people.
This option will be available every day and you can easily book it in advance.
What’s include in the package
In the private trip package, we will provide snorkeling gears (mask and fin), lunch box, mineral water, car, tour guide, and entrance fee tickets. But if you join a sharing trip option, price includes only the car, local boat, entrance fee, and mineral water.
Documentation (Gopro and camera) will be provided based on the request.

We provide a motorbike drop off for this tour. This option is cheaper!
How this works? With motorbike we will drop you off at the village. We will help you to book the boat so that you can easily reach the cave.
The price for the motorbike is IDR 150.000/person (one way) and the boat is IDR 300.000 for 1 – 3 people.
