The following terms and conditions in a tour product registration or other service of Komodo One Click. We encourage you to read clearly the terms and conditions below before registering. By proceeding and make reservation and payment of the deposit, then you are deemed to have understood and accepted the conditions below.

  1. PAYMENT

A deposit 50 % upon confirmed reservation and the rest payment will be collected in Flores or on departure date. All US  Dollars will be converted in to local currency ( IDR ) the exchange rate from USD to IDR will be based on the lates buying USD rates to IDR.

  1. CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your Trip, kindly send us  notification letter. Cancellation Fees details:

  • No cancellation fee if no flight or hotel voucher not being issued only administration fee USD 35
  • 50% cancellation fee if flight or voucher being issued
  • 100% cancellation fee is applied within two (2) weeks prior, seven (7) days prior to departure or NO SHOW

No Refund For Unused Service

  1. TRAVEL INSURANCE

If there is any injury and certain risk in your trip, Komodo One Click does not responsible of this matter, we are suggest you to take your own insurance during your travel date.

  1. LIABILITY

Komodo One Click will try our best to serve your arrangements and make your trip become satisfied. We will try to find out all the best alternatives to suit your tour possible, however we are not accept any liability natural disaster, injury, damage, loss, delay or reschedule from airlines, negligence, unpredictable weather, additional expenses (excess baggage, etc), and irregularities beyond our control.
